Pastor Keith and Elizabeth Hall have served the Church of God in various capacities in Illinois, Missouri and Mississippi. He is currently serving as the pastor in Alton, Illinois. He holds a Masters Degree in Leadership Education from Mid-America Christian University. Elizabeth holds a BS in Music from the same university. He and Elizabeth have been married for 38 years and have three children, and four grand children.
